Tyler Anderson – Senior Consultant, Native American Consulting 

Tyler Anderson serves as a Senior Consultant for Ulrich Investment Consultant’s Native American Consulting Team. Tyler brings more than 12 years of experience working with Tribes of all sizes across the United States and has long-standing relationships with both National and Regional Associations including ATNI, MAST, NNAHRA, NAFOA, and NCAI.

Prior to joining Ulrich, Tyler was the Vice President of Tribal Markets with Mutual of America, leading all aspects of the Tribal Market for the company throughout the United States. His expertise in group retirement & institutional investment solutions presented opportunities to develop strong relationships with Tribal Government Leaders and National and Regional Association Leadership and made Tyler a trusted resource beyond the confines of retirement plans. Tyler was selected to attend and represent Tribal Nations during Washington State Accord meetings, Tribal Chairman calls with U.S. Treasury, and selected to represent and build programs through NNAHRA, NAFOA, and NCAI for the benefit of all Tribal Nations. Tyler actively serves on five separate Tribal Boards/Committees for Art & Heritage, Boys & Girls, & Election Committees through Tribes. These include CTSI, Lummi Nation, Tulalip, Swinomish and NNAHRA.

Tyler lives in Everett, WA with his wife of 26 years, Caron and two teenage children, Maya age 16 and Chase age 14 (enrolled members of the Chugach Tribe in Alaska). Tyler grew up on and with Lummi Nation in Bellingham, WA. Tyler and his family enjoy sports and outdoor activities such as swimming, hiking, boxing, pickleball, and spending most of the summer weekends in Point Roberts, WA on the beach.

Whitney E. Solcher, CFA® – Senior Consultant & CIO

Whitney is the Firm’s Chief Investment Officer, Partner, and Senior Consultant. Whitney’s experience includes fiduciary wealth advisory services to Institutional, Foundation, Endowment, Family Office, and high-net-worth clients. Whitney’s areas of expertise include wealth advisory, asset allocation, manager due diligence, portfolio implementation, performance measurement, estate planning coordination, and constructing customized investment solutions for clients.

Whitney brings more than 19 years of experience in the investment management industry. Prior to joining Ulrich, Whitney spent eight years with Goldman Sachs & Co. within their Investment Management Division, where she held the roles of Financial Analyst, Associate, and Vice President. She then returned to San Antonio to help found San Antonio Capital Management, LLC, a Registered Investment Advisory firm, which she grew and sold to a regional bank. She was then recruited to a Boston based institutional consultant, where she spent six years working with both institutional and private clients and was also a member of the firms’ Investment Committee. Whitney holds a degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas Business Honors Program, with an additional degree in Finance. She is a CFA Charterholder®.

Whitney is actively engaged in the San Antonio community through various philanthropic boards and organizations where she has served, including St. Mary’s Hall, the San Antonio Area Foundation, Alamo Colleges, the Witte Museum, Trinity University, the Greater Chamber of Commerce, and the Texas Biomedical Research Institute. She is also an avid equestrian, competing on a national level in the Hunter/Jumper arena.
